Bihar Elections 2015 – The Election Commission of India has going to conduct the Legislative Assemble elections in the state of Bihar. The Elections will be held in between 12th October, 2015 to 5th November, 2015. All the political parties of Bihar were busy in Bihar Elections 2015. The present elections ends on 29th November, 2015. As per 2011 Census of India, nearly 6,68,26,658 voters are there in Bihar in overall population. Bihar Elections will conduct in five phases in all centers of Bihar state.
Bihar Elections 2015 Schedule
The Election Commission of India has conducting elections in Bihar in five phases. The schedule of the five phase elections as shown below.
Phase I – Phase I elections are going to conduct on 12th October, 2015. This elections were conducted in 49 constituencies. It covers districts like Banka, Bhagalpur, Begusarai, Jamui, Khagaria, Lakhisarai, Munger, Nawada, Samastipur and Shekhpura. Nearly 583 candidates were participated in these Phase I elections. There was 59% Women voting and 54% of Men voting in Phase I Elections.
Phase II – Phase I elections are going to conduct on 16th October, 2015. This elections were conducted in 32 constituencies. It covers districts like Arwal, Aurangabad, Gaya, Jahanabad, Kaimur and Rohtas. In these elections nearly 456 candidates are participated, it includes 32 women candidates. The men voting was 52.5% and women voting was 57.5%.
Phase III – Phase III Elections are going to conduct on 28th October, 2015. This elections will conducted in 50 constituencies. It covers districts like Bhojpur, Buxar, Nalanda, Patna, Saran and Vaishali.
Phase IV – Phase IV Elections are going to conduct on 1st November, 2015. This elections will conducted in 55 constituencies. It covers districts like Gopalganj, Paschim Champaran, purvi Champaran, Muzaffarpur, Sheohar, Sitamarhi and Siwan.
Phase V – Phase V elections are going to conduct on 5th November, 2015. This elections will conducted in 57 constituencies. It covers districts like Araria, Darbhanga, Katihar, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Madhubani, Purnia, Saharsa and Supaul.
The political Parties participated in Bihar Elections 2015 are Bharatiya Janata Party, Lok Janshakti Party, Rashtriya Lok Samata Party, Hindustani Awam Morcha, Janata Dal (United), Rashtriya Janata Dal, Indian National Congress, Samajwadi Party, Janadhikar Party, Nationalist Congress Party, Samras Samaj Party, Samajwadi Janata Party, National People’s Party, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, Communist Party of India, Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist), Communist Party of India (Marxist), Socialist Unity Centre of India, All India Forward Bloc, Revolutionary Socialist Party, Bahujan Samaj Party, Shiv Sena, Sarvajan Kalyan Loktantrik Party and Independent parties.
